Halloween

We spent our Halloween at the Adams house. Their neighborhood had hot dogs and chili and a Halloween Parade for the kids. We decorated the kids' bikes so they could parade around the neighborhood. We went back to their house to start our trick-or-treating. Lots of fun!

Halloween Fun

Kate and Brower had a blast celebrating Halloween at school. Both of them dressed up in their costumes and got to parade around the school.

Fall Fun

We have a tradition of painting pumpkins every year. This year it was pretty warm on our pumpkin painting day...so much for the crisp, fall air- more like hot, humid air. The kids love it though!

Mr. V.I.P.

Brower had his V.I.P. (Very Important Pre-schooler) day at school, so I got to spend the morning with him. I got to go to music class with him and bring in his favorite snack (cookies and craisins) to share with all of his friends.
He absolutely loves school and his teachers. He runs into school almost every morning and gives Mrs. Leonard and Mrs. Gregory a hug. He has certainly worked his "magic" on them, because they love him! He has just started talking about his friends at school. He really likes to play with Justin, Ellie, Bella and Kiera (he likes the girls!). One of his favorite parts of his day is when he gets to see Kate at school. They both get so excited when they see each other. Kate passes Brower's class on the way to music, so she always calls his name and waves to him....very cute!

My little "angels"

Kate and Brower are always getting into something and creating fun for themselves. I was cooking dinner and they came into the kitched dressed as angels. They had gotten into our dirty clothes basket and put on dirty white t-shirts, tights and shoes. Apparently, angels wear striped tights! They are such good friends and love to play together. I am so thankful for their friendship! I hope they are always this close.

Just like Daddy

Chad had to go out of town for work and wanted to get the kids a little gift to bring home to them. He stopped in a really cool toy store and found the perfect gifts for each of the kids. He got Kate a huge book full of hidden pictures. She loves trying to find all of the hidden pictures and will spend hours looking for them. Every night that is the book she chooses to "read" at bedtime. Chad got Brower a climbing bear. Chad had one as a little kid and loved it so he found a larger version for Brower. What a great Daddy!
